My name is Allyson Borkowicz, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. I bring extensive experience and specialized training in trauma-informed care, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Healing, and Polyvagal Theory. I provide therapy across the lifespan, working with children as young as 2 through older adults. My experience includes trauma and complex trauma, mood and bipolar disorders, addiction, self-harm, suicidal ideation, domestic violence, eating disorders, personality disorders, psychosis, and related concerns.
