I believe therapy offers people an opportunity to gain a better understanding of who they are, where they've come from, who they'd like to be, & where they'd like to go. Life can become overwhelming quickly. Too often people forget that it's okay to stop and ask for directions. As a therapist, I believe the most important part of the human experience is feeling comfortable in your own skin and feeling in control of your own life.
