Allyson is particularly passionate about working with individuals who are recently discharged from psychiatric hospitals and those engaging in court-ordered treatment. She understands how overwhelming these transitions can feel and offers a nonjudgmental space to help clients rebuild stability and regain confidence in their lives. Allyson also has extensive experience supporting people navigating trauma, PTSD, and personality disorders, as well as older adults who may be coping with later life transitions and related mental health concerns.
