I’m Allyson Moncada, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. While I was blessed in many ways growing up, I also faced hardships at a young age. Reflecting on my experiences and my desire to help others led me to become a therapist. I connect deeply with clients and focus on providing empathy and understanding while offering directive feedback and evidence-based strategies.
