Hi there! I'm Ally. Do you ever feel like you are being pushed and pulled in everyday life, struggling to make it all work? You deserve to live a life that makes you feel excited to face every day - and this can often feel tough. I believe that one of the bravest things you can do is to begin to understand your own story, to see where you have been, as you find new ways to move forward in your life. I have been working in the mental health field for a little over 13 years, working in various settings. These years of experience have nurtured rich relationships, in which wisdom between my clients and myself was often shared together. I am passionate about helping with various issues: anxiety, depression, relationships, adjustment to various life occurrences, and various forms of addiction.
