My ideal client is an adult who feels stuck, overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or past trauma. They're introspective and ready to go deeper, not just to cope but to truly heal. They may be navigating postpartum struggles, dissociation, or generational trauma, and want to feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and connected to their true self. Their goal is lasting change: to break old patterns, build self-trust, and live with more clarity and compassion. I do also provide support to future LCSW's applicants for supervision. I help adults navigate anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, dissociation, and postpartum challenges. Using CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and parts work, I create a supportive, trauma-informed space to explore patterns, build self-trust, and foster lasting emotional change.
