Whether you're a child, teen, adult, or a couple, I am here to help and support you. Humor plays an essential role in the therapeutic process, and if appropriate, I am more than happy to incorporate it into our sessions. Additionally, I am open to utilizing different techniques such as art, movement, walk and talk therapy, as well as conventional talk therapy, based on your preferences and needs.
