I am a licensed Psychologist and have been providing therapeutic services to adults, children, couples, and families for the past 10 years. Often, I find that clients are struggling to find the right tools for lasting change and are lost in their negative cycles. Individuals are painfully masking their feelings only to realize they are not meeting their full potential. Parents are challenged by their children's never ending emotional struggles that take over the family life. The tools they have are short lived and the emotional struggles persist. Clients are often looking for any sort of relief but unsure how to achieve it.
