Thanks for visiting my page. I specialize in anxiety, stress management, cultural and ethnic issues, and trauma, and I work with teens, young adults, families, and adults of all ages. I have a special love for supporting adolescents and young adults. Many of my clients come from multicultural or Spanish-speaking homes where emotions were not always encouraged. Born and raised in California to Mexican parents, I offer care in both English and Spanish. I also work with many clients who are trying out therapy for the first time.
