At Aloft Integrated Wellness, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that prioritizes the unique needs of each individual. Founded in 2019, our mission is to create a better experience for both clients and clinicians by fostering an environment of collaboration, respect, and empowerment. Our interdisciplinary team specializes in innovative, whole-person approaches to mental health, blending clinical expertise with a client-centered focus. Our team is made up of generalists who each have their own unique areas of advanced training and expertise. We emphasize evidence informed and evidence based care.
