I work with adult individuals, couples, and alternative relationships to as an MFTC and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) in training. I help people cultivate the lives and relationships they long for by welcoming the body's experience into the room. So often, our body's are dismissed or seen as an inconvenience. In working with me, clients learn to speak the language of their body and build a more trusting, loving relationship with themselves and those close to them. Whatever it is that brings you into my office, I trust your innate capacity to heal and would be honored to be a part of your healing journey.
