I am passionate about working with those who suffer the effects of trauma, whether it be a one-time event, or many experiences that built up over time. My clients are brave enough to share their experiences with me, and in turn, I create a safe space for them to share in. We work together to understand and process what has happened in the past, what coping skills they have implemented to help them survive until now, and what we can do to best grow and move forward. My clients are the experts in their healing journey, but I will never leave them without the tools and support necessary to navigate that process. View 8 Photos My specialty treatments include the Brainspotting technique, used to treat trauma experiences through processing those experiences over time with intention and somatic awareness. I also offer Equine Psychotherapy sessions that focus on raising emotional awareness and improving relationships, while spending time with incredibly empathetic creatures.
