Dr. Spencer is a professional and experienced therapist, he has over 40 years of experience. Working with the military, civilians, and the incarcerated. Dr. Spencer retired from the Air Force after 21 years of active duty service. He has also retired from Civil Service and has worked in the VA, Army, and private practice.
