When you consistently push your own needs aside, it can take a toll on both your mind and body. But it doesn’t have to be so hard to live a more balanced, fulfilling life. I’m a graduate of the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. Since 2009, I’ve been in private practice counseling individuals and families. My specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and substance abuse.
