My ideal client is an adolescent or adult navigating the weight of past trauma, anxiety, or depression;often silently and with a deep desire to feel whole again. They may struggle with low self-esteem, identity-related stress, or the lingering effects of substance use. Many are members of marginalized communities, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals, who haven’t always felt seen, heard, or safe in therapeutic spaces. What they want most is healing; whether that looks like building emotional regulation, breaking harmful patterns, or simply feeling like themselves again. This is a Safe Place to be yourself!
