Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from the Grand Canyon University and have been practicing for 3 years. I believe I was born to help others and with my life experience and understanding my purpose lead me to being a therapist. I enjoyed helping young teens, adults struggling with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I focused on addiction, couples, marriage and improving family structure. In our session you will learn effectively and usable coping skills. These skill are vital to healing and move through the barriers of life. You deserve to feel confident in yourself, how to communicate, and have successes in all aspects of life.
