Altara Michelle Orlowski is a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York. She has an MSW from Fordham University and a B.A. in Communication from Arizona State University. Altara’s life experience and work experience over the past 20 years has helped define her approach now, in helping clients as a psychotherapist. Her background in teaching, fitness, and mental health has led to her understanding that there is a whole person approach (Bio-psycho-social) to treatment that needs to be addressed when working with patients. A combination of mind and body, which includes self-care, movement, and mental health.
