I am a bi-cultural; American-Filipino, psychotherapist with 10+ years of experience working with adults and adolescents, facing a multitude of life stressors including depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, trauma, etc. I utilize psycho-dynamic, DBT, ACT and CBT modalities in my work and focus on fostering the therapeutic relationship.
