I am an Army veteran and a retired Corrections Sergeant with over 17 years of service in the Las Vegas community and more than ten years of experience providing therapy and mental health support. My background in public safety allows me to work effectively with adults, teens, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief and loss, self-harm behaviors, and significant life transitions. I have a strong interest in helping teens and young adults navigate life challenges, build emotional awareness, and develop confidence, resilience, and leadership skills during critical stages of growth.
