I have a passion for connecting and helping people reach balance, direction, and live a more fulfilling life. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families. I have worked with people from various backgrounds including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief, stages of life, trauma, severe mental illness, and marital/relationship issues. Therapy is highly effective, but requires openness, patience, and dedication!
