I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples. I have worked successfully with people experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment-related difficulties, self esteem issues, relationship issues, family conflicts. My style incorporates uses of Mindfulness and DBT approaches, Attachment Theory, Imago therapy and Internal Family Systems. I believe in a mind, body, spirit approach to treatment and I work with my clients to help them find their own answers and listen to their own voice. I am here to be a mirror, a guide, and a confidant for you to partner with during your time of need.
