Feeling stuck is normal, but it doesn’t have to last forever. There are steps that you can take and being here is the first one! I provide for you a safe and judgement-free environment that prioritizes genuine conversation, comfort, and trust. I use a variety of techniques that are centered on your unique and individual needs. My special interests include trauma and PTSD, as well as severe anxiety and panic attacks. My approach is based on somatic practices that help move anxious and negative energy out of the body. I do my best work with those who are direct and feel motivated to make changes in their life.
