I believe therapy is one of the most meaningful tools we have for growth, healing, and real change—and yes, starting therapy can feel intimidating. You don’t have to have it all figured out to take a first step. Therapy isn’t about being “fixed” or having all the answers. It’s about having a space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy thoughts, big feelings, and all—without pressure or judgment. Many of the people I work with come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are or where they’re headed. Others know exactly what they want but feel blocked by fear, self-doubt, or old patterns that just won’t budge.
