I've worn many hats in my career, including teaching, small business owner, & artist. I specialize in adolescent trauma, early childhood intervention, and supporting families with children who have disabilities. My goal is to help families understand diagnoses and advocate for their children, making the journey through challenges more manageable. Using Internal Family Systems, along with DBT and CBT modalities, I address the impact of addiction on individuals and families through a harm reduction approach. I also enjoy empowering young adults to recognize their potential and providing a safe space for them to share their stories.
