My name is Alyce Botwinick. I am an LCSW practicing in Telehealth in California. This platform allows me to work with clients anywhere in my state. I find using a Psychodynamic approach assists clients in exploring and identifying problematic behavior patterns as well as negativity biases. Offering practices based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindful Awareness allows my clients to learn strategies to better understand themselves, have healthier relationships, and become more resilient. My clients have been my greatest teachers.
