Since obtaining my license, I have worked full time at a Community Health Clinic where I provide therapy to black and brown people in Oakland with diagnosis of mostly PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. My therapy style involves using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for clients to gain insight into how their thoughts influence their emotions and behavior.
