My relational approach to therapy focuses on really getting to know you and your story, to help you to gain a better understanding of yourself, your emotions, and your goals. With this knowledge we can discover together how you can live your best life! My specialties include working with people who are feeling anxious/stressed, people struggling in their relationships (romantic or platonic), members of the LGBTQ+ community, and college students. I also have years of experience working with visual and performing artists. I integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), EFT tapping and sound healing techniques into my work, always in a unique blend based on your individual needs and circumstances. Most of all, I will provide you with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard.
