Alyia welcomes her clients by advocating for them through a humanistic and holistic approach. Alyia has her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of New Haven. As an outpatient therapist, she strives to combine what she has learned over the last 5 years to create a safe space for others to express themselves without feeling restricted, judged, or having the urge to mask themselves in session. Alyia supports her clients in connecting with their vulnerability by providing language, grounding skills, and emotional safety in order to assist them in healing from their past. Alyia's clinical interests include anxiety/mood disorders, trauma processing, and identity development.
