Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, whether for a child, teen, or young adult. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can build emotional regulation skills and begin healing. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and stress related to life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and developmentally appropriate, with caregiver collaboration included when appropriate. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor care to support growth and well-being.
