My style of therapy is rooted in connection! I believe meaningful change starts with a genuine, trusting relationship. I use a strength-based approach to help clients uncover their resilience and move toward becoming the best versions of themselves. Our thoughts, feelings, and memories often pull us into the past or future, making it easy to lose touch with the present. In therapy, we’ll explore what you truly value and find ways to bring you back to a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. My approach is integrative, weaving together mindfulness practices, self-compassion, skill-building, and a touch of humor along the way. Clients often appreciate my straightforwardness, humility, and ability to bring lightness into even the toughest conversations. I am a certified Anxiety and ADHD specialist and also work with clients navigating relationship challenges, communication skills, boundary setting, and life transitions.
