The world can be a joyful yet overwhelming place. Traumatic and negative experiences can make us feel stuck, so having someone walk alongside you as you process and heal helps forge a new pathway forward. All of our experiences are a part of our story, but they don't have to define who we are. I work with young adults and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, dissociation, suicidality, self-harming behavior, relational struggles, and transitions. I feel that coming from a place of iself-trust and safety building can help create a path for self-compassion, understanding, and new beginnings.
