Carl Rogers once said “The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination”. Meeting you where you are at and walking with you through the journey that is life is my goal as your clinician. I aim to create a safe and warm environment for you to share without judgement. You are the expert of your own life, and I am here to give you space to explore your authentic self. I value you and all the identities you hold, and I am committed to honoring and celebrating those identities throughout our sessions together. We can work together to unpack and discuss long-held beliefs that may be acting as roadblocks on your journey. My passions lay in creating an open, non-judgmental dialogue to discuss concerns related to sex and sexuality, working with the LGBTQIA+ community, body-image concerns, and anxiety.
