Hello there. I am Alysha Hays, LCSW, Psychotherapist. I have worked with clients of all ages as a mental health therapist. Since 2011, I have been providing therapy to individuals, children, teens, adults, elderly, couples and families. My approach to therapy is client-centered. I focus on each person exactly where they are in their life, by helping them to gain perspective on their circumstances and gain the ability to take back control of their life. There is no judgment and each client will be welcomed and supported throughout their therapy journey.
