Whether it’s due to trauma, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, co-dependency, or parenthood, it can be tricky to put your finger on. Let’s get curious about those stories you’re carrying; most likely, they are heavy, and a part of you is ready to become unburdened. Together, we can move through the layers of your life, explore times, relationships and situations that contain conflict. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and from there, encourage you to identify themes and patterns in your life that are no longer working for you. With a mix of humor and clarity, I can help you build a road map back to yourself. And when you find you are at home in your body, we can continue to do the work of cultivating a thriving life. My therapeutic presence is warm, humorous, intuitive, and keen. You’ll find the process to be collaborative and challenging at times, with homework if you want it!
