My ideal client is someone who has a foundation of mental health and self-awareness. I enjoy working with clients who are truly committed to putting in the work and making changes. Therapy can be daunting and a little intimidating. Change can be scary. However, there is no growth if we do not step outside of our comfort zone. I enjoy working with clients to help them make positive changes that empower and lead them to their authentic and best selves. View 7 Photos One of my specialties is in couples and marriage counseling. I have completed training in Gottman marriage counseling and workshops in Imago therapy. I have helped couples improve their relationship by providing tools and techniques to have a better understanding of one another.
