Hi! I specialize in supporting women living with autoimmune conditions who are also navigating major life transitions such as motherhood, marriage, divorce, and identity changes. My work integrates Christian faith, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and nervous-system-informed care to help women reconnect with their bodies, strengthen emotional resilience, and move forward with clarity and hope.
