My approach to the counseling process is to provide a non-judgmental, empathic, and compassionate atmosphere where clients and I work collaboratively to explore and improve areas of concern that are impeding growth and daily functioning. I believe the counseling process encompasses the wholeness of the individual(s), taking into consideration the impact of emotional and psychological aspects along with relationships, family, and community on the individual(s) and their self-view.
