My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore thoughts, emotions and patterns to find balance and self-understanding. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re struggling with addiction, relationship concerns, anxiety, low self-esteem, or navigating major life transitions, I provide a space where you can feel understood — and where we can focus on building real, lasting change.
