Immediate openings! I am currently working towards an AASECT approved Sex Therapy Certification. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, patient, and free of judgment. My primary focus is helping heal connections within couples and families. I have experience working with individuals with trauma, neurodiversity, mood disorders, identity issues, grief, loss, and many more populations. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink affirming, and ethical non-monogamy affirming therapist. When appropriate, I utilize CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and SFBT. The mind is our most powerful tool and sometimes it can feel like our own worst enemy. When working in relationships, I primarily use the Gottman Method.
