Struggling to manage symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression and the stress of life transitions? Life can be a difficult journey and everyone deserves someone who will listen, understand and support them through navigating tough obstacles. My mission is to work with others to increase their motivation to achieve goals, make positive changes and support them in reaching their full potential. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings to include residential treatment, schools and outpatient. I provide a supportive environment to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship for clients to feel safe to explore their obstacles, build on inner strengths, and learn new coping strategies. I specialize utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support changes in negative patterns of thinking, resulting in amended feelings and behaviors.
