I believe that curiosity heals, that healing comes from approaching our lives with greater openness and non-judgement. I work with adults desiring support for complex trauma (CPTSD), relationship issues, chronic illness, grief and loss, and career counseling. Using a caring, direct approach, I support clients to gain deeper understanding of themself, increase emotional regulation, & use more effective conflict management strategies. I believe that our world often makes it seem like we need to be fixed when really we need trust, connection, and tools to cultivate desired change within ourselves and our relationships.
