You or your child may be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in certain areas of life. Children might be showing this through big emotions, behavior changes, or trouble adjusting at home or school. Teens and adults may be struggling with anxiety, communication issues, relationship conflict, or major life transitions. I use a supportive and practical approach—including play therapy for children—to help clients express themselves, build emotional awareness, and develop tools for lasting change. Together, we work toward greater balance, peace, and confidence in everyday life. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from LSU and currently hold a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults in any stage of life. I take a trauma-informed approach and foster a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel heard and empowered.
