Hi there! I’m Alyssa, and I’m a licensed social worker who believes therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with primarily with teenagers and young adults who are navigating life’s messiness — whether that means depression, anxiety, trauma, school stress, identity exploration, family stuff, or just feeling stuck. That being said, I'm willing to work with any age if it's the right fit! I believe therapy doesn’t have to be scary or boring — it can actually feel empowering, meaningful, and even fun! I use a wide range of theories and models, but more importantly, I adapt to what you need. Every person is different, and I want to meet you where you’re at. Above all, I want you to feel safe, seen, and supported. I work hard to create a judgment-free space for all people — because everyone deserves someone in their corner!
