Mental health and healing are an ongoing journey. As a therapist, I believe that making the first step asking for help is courageous. My role is to assist and walk with you during the most vital and vulnerable moments facing life challenges and your healing journey. My goal is to offer a safe and therapeutic place for you to be your most authentic self. I work with adolescents, college-aged individuals, and adults. I am passionate about helping individuals that experienced sexual trauma, PTSD, the LGBTQIA+ community, identity issues, navigating life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and co-dependency.
