I am a licensed marriage and family therapist supporting individuals and couples working towards growth, a stronger sense of self, and improved relationships. Individual clients I work with are often focused on mild traumas and relational wounds, grief, anxiety, and mild depression. I support couples who are presented with transitional phases of their relationships; cohabitating, preparing for marriage, or adjusting to a growing family, as well as establishing stronger intimacy, boundaries and shared life goals.
