Hi, I'm Alyssa! Thanks for being here. I truly understand that the decision to pursue therapy can be a difficult process especially if you have experienced trauma. It is my goal to support clients in healing their nervous systems so that they may bring out the best in themselves and begin feeling safe in the world again. My specialties include supporting those managing trauma/CPTSD and resulting anxiety, OCD, substance misuse, depression, self-blame, and social struggles. I proudly utilize integrative, body-based approaches to therapy in order to address my clients needs, including EMDR, somatic practices, and parts work. With all of my training, my most valued intervention in eliciting change is the process of building and fostering the therapeutic relationship.
