Hi, I’m Alyssa! I am a virtual therapist for adults across California, specializing in anxiety, prenatal/postpartum mental health, infertility stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients appear capable and responsible on the outside, yet feel anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally exhausted beneath the surface. They aren't necessarily in crisis, but want support navigating the emotional load of work, parenthood, fertility challenges, or major life changes.
