I am a VT Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 11 years of experience providing clinical counseling support to clients dealing with diverse life challenges. Clients who are successful working with me are adults open to deepening their relationship with themselves and the wisdom in their body, mind and spirit. Using evidence-based tools I work collaboratively with clients as they discover and embody their unique pathway towards the changes they want to see. Change is not easy and I believe having safe, knowledgeable, trusted support of a counseling relationship makes all the difference. I know how worthwhile and uncomfortable it can be to be honest with ourselves and each other. I regard your healing journey as a sacred path. Compassion, intuition and a trauma-informed approach allow me to offer integrated strategies from Ecopsychology, MCBT, IFS, and Somatic psychology and to discover what works to embolden you to meet your goals.
