You see yourself losing connections with family, friends, and other significant individuals in your life, but you just cannot separate yourself from your purpose and passions. You may feel extreme guilt, regret, and sadness, and at the same time, fear you will not be able to reach your ultimate goals. Overall, you simply feel alone and isolated because no one truly understands what you are going through. My name is Alyssa. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in North Dakota. I have experience working in schools, colleges, and outpatient settings. I work with individuals, families, and couples experiencing life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression. I am also passionate about working with individuals struggling with grief/loss.
