Taking the first step to reach out is brave—you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Hi, I’m Alyssa, an art therapist at Anchor Counseling Centers. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood as we explore what’s been on your mind. Using creativity and self-compassion, we’ll work through challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, people-pleasing, or big life changes, helping you tap into your strengths and find more balance in your life. I’m an art therapist who uses creativity to support self-expression, emotion regulation, and mindfulness. Through the art-making process, I help clients explore feelings, process experiences, and gain insight—especially when words aren’t enough. No artistic skill needed—just a willingness to explore.
